When we walked into ur shop, we was walking round, the bloke who worked there was looking at a screen on the left as u walked into the shop, I went to him for assistance, I then said what’s the crack with Covid and laying on the beds to test them, he then gave us a sheet of very week roll of paper to put on the beds to lay on, the first bed I lay on the paper just split, while we was checking out beds, a another couple came into the shop, going from bed to bed testing them all with no paper to lay on, this was not good at all, as for ur 2 staff they did nothing, I would also like to point out is when I buy a new mattress at a price of £600 why would I want to pay another £40 to take my old mattress away, very disappointing.

You were advertising 10% discount on sales above £750. I also told Richard I had a defence discount card to. I asked if I made up the order to £750 could I have the 10% discount or use my forces discount. He was pretty insistent that the goods I had bought and these were his words, were discounted quite enough already and so was not prepared to give me any of the discounts. On coming home I queried this with Stephen online chat and he said both discounts should apply and after me emailing a picture of my forces card he will be refunding £70 to my card. It just leaves a little bit of a bad taste is the shop colleague Richard commission based or does he just need more training!

I was looking online and found the cooper ottoman storage bed and saw the online price was £399 save £100! Then straight after Christmas I went in because of the misleading advertisement which said "20% off beds over £300" so I was under the impression that I was going to get a further 20% off £399 well no they basically made the same deal up as if it was £499 and you get 20% off the original price which was exactly the same deal as last time I looked before Christmas at £399 so it was a complete lie when some beds had been reduce and some hadn't. I went into the store in Waterloovile who's attitude and the way he over spoke myself and my mother about this deal was appalling. I have in 5 years of a customer service background never came across anyone so rude. After asking to see the product I was told I couldn't as they didn't stock it. So I asked can he ring the other stores around Portsmouth and he reluctantly done it and came back with no as no store Portsmouth or surrounding area stocks it. I asked if I could put a deposit on it and hold it off from being delivered as we are still due to exchange

I just felt that a member of staff could have approached me about my interest in the beds/mattresses, instead I had to approach the staff who where just sat at desks.

The delivery time options. Earliest 20th December. I was going to order my mattress online but called the store to see if they had the mattress in stock. They said to come into the store to order the mattress as I'd get an earlier delivery time than the online date of delivery but this was not true.

When arriving at the store after viewing the item we wanted inline, the two members of staff particularly the male member were miserable and appeared unapproachable! When asking for help the lady was a little helpful but again the male member appeared unhelpful and moody when I asked if we could view the fabric of the bed that we had seen online! I actually wondered if he had been out all night as we visited store about 11.20 shortly after opening he he looked rather scruffy too. We eventually found a similar bed to the product we were looking for and things then picked up and our Order was placed! But first impressions were very poor.

Applied for finance online got given a password that didn't work. Phoned customer service who said to go into store, phoned the store who said they couldn't help. Phoned customer service again who said there was an error with the order (but the finance had been approved). They had to cancel that order then I had to go into store & re-do the application which took a while. All was sorted in the end but offered no compensation or anything. Ordering a bed frame & x3 lots of furniture from Dreams which should have been fairly easy, instead took all day.
