The delivery cost and cost of removal of the old mattress seems a bit costly but I have no way of not using your services so I had to pay it

Ordered by telephoning the Portsmouth store, so did not actually visit store.

There was only one member of staff in the store and several customers, so he had to manage several different orders by himself simultaneously.

We could not see any information around the shop that gave details about the different types of mattresses available. The assistant did explain what the different colours meant on the beds, which explained the differences in mattresses. We were not at any time informed that there was a delivery charge. When we worked out for ourselves how much it was we were quite shocked at how much it is. I felt that there were not any mattresses available for people on a tight budget.

While prices were satisfactory, the high delivery cost could be absorbed into the cost giving the impression of better value. Delivery times are satisfactory but not highly satisfactory.

Everything was fine and the staff were very helpful. I needed to reschedule my delivery as I asked for the old mattress to be removed after I had placed the order. Perhaps you should discuss old mattress removal/disposal at the time each order is placed? However, overall the service was excellent.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied is due to the high cost of the item purchased. I was under the impression due to your widely advertised sale that the item would have a significant reduction - which it did not. I was however pleased to find out that the Dreams store we visited is offering a 10% discount to those in the navy and we benefitted from this. The service however from Zowie and from her manager was very good and very friendly.

I was satisfied but the product can't be delivered for two weeks so that is a slight problem for us.

When we walked into ur shop, we was walking round, the bloke who worked there was looking at a screen on the left as u walked into the shop, I went to him for assistance, I then said what’s the crack with Covid and laying on the beds to test them, he then gave us a sheet of very week roll of paper to put on the beds to lay on, the first bed I lay on the paper just split, while we was checking out beds, a another couple came into the shop, going from bed to bed testing them all with no paper to lay on, this was not good at all, as for ur 2 staff they did nothing, I would also like to point out is when I buy a new mattress at a price of £600 why would I want to pay another £40 to take my old mattress away, very disappointing.
