I was shocked that i had to pay a delivery charge after spending alot on a bed & the charges were only presented to me during the transaction. These should be stated when looking online.

Bought a mattress from your store 10 years ago very satisfied with the product, time to buy another mattress only you had what I wanted.

Generally pleased-only reason that I did not check "highly satisfied" was that the checkout/order process seemed a little slow with me having to repeat the same information about 5/6 times as the employee filled it in in different parts of the form.

I came to the store with a view of buying a new bed and mattress. I had a list of items I'd seen on the dreams website with the hope of seeing them there. One of the beds I had in mind wasn't on display and the mattress I had in mind wasn't either. I had to wait quite a while to be served, only because the 2 staff were busy with other customers. Martin did apologise for this later on.

Ollie, the member of staff that took care of our needs was fantastic. Although it wasn't his usual store to work in, he made us feel comfortable and was very friendly. My main complaint is that we purchased the bed on the 20th September and the particular product we'd ordered wasn't available to be delivered until the 8th October. This would be okay if it wasn't for the fact that I'll be moving into my new house on the 29th September and from then until the 8th, I will be without a bed. Nevertheless, generally speaking I was happy with the experience I had at dreams.

The sale person was perfect in every way, however his flexibility in price was limited by the "system" . I negotiated a 5% discount but was entitled to a 10% discount being a veteran card holder, but this couldn't apply as I didn't have the card on me as I initially was "just looking". Would like my further 5% off.
