We arrived in the store and I must admit we were greeted upon arrival. When we had decided to purchase a bed we had to look for and then ask a member of staff can we buy this bed. They were busy doing something in a room.

Thee store was rather bare We were offered pillows but they were not on display or around The store was in changeover so lots of paperwork all over the beds.

The service was very good and the staff were friendly. My father chose to pay the whole order (around £1500) in cash and there was a lot of "jokes" about having to count the money and having to go to the bank to cash it in and put it in the account. Seems a little rude to moan how I'll be paying for a product.

We visited on December 27, and whilst the first gentleman knew his stuff, he came across a little pushy. However the chap that served us we're sure was hung over. He was fumbling around, unsure where stock was & how much it cost, and didnt offer any extras such as the waterproof mattress protector (which we were offered when we purchased our last mattress here). This wouldn't stop us coming back as the products are great and in general the store is helpful.

They have got my delivery date wrong! So I have nothing to sleep in in my new house today!! Called customer service MOST unhelpful couldn't even give me a refund I have to wait 24hrs for someone to call me back!!! £394 and no mattress!! No help was offered nothing so I've had to buy another mattress and pay for that on my credit card while I wait for the refund! So incredibly frustrating! I won't be using dreams again!

Although really helpful, and doing his best, the stores usual staff where all absent and this guy had stepped in from Eastleigh to cover the Portsmouth store. He rightly didn't know where everything was. This is not a bad reflection on the staff member but the higher management for leaving him in this situation, his product knowledge was perfect, just in at the deep end. I spent £2000 based on product and his service. Being a service industry Director I felt that this team member wasn't supported.

Store was a bit outdated, very bland

I was buying two beds, neither of which were displayed in store. This was disappointing as I could not see them before I bought them.
