The experience I had with the store was second to nonethe chap there was more than helpful.The experience I had over the phone with the CHAT people was really bad as they were most unhelpful.

It's shopping. I don't like shopping

There were only 2 members of staff and were quite busy. Each were serving more than one person.

I was perfectly satisfied with my experience and have returned to this store a number of times. I'm not sure what the definition of highly satisfied. I have no complaints. However I haven't had the bed yet so I won't know if I'm highly satisfied until I've received the order.

felt rushed into buying rather than going away and thinking about what I really wanted

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the product which was a great help to us as we are not always aware of how the mattress I am purchasing will respond to use in my house. thankyou

I would have preferred the delivery to be quicker

One of your colleagues was sitting at his desk always when we approached him v another question about the bed. I d expect he d come to us n help u w the choice more actively. He had no other customers. We were the only one in the shop:(

The salesman, Martin, was extremely helpful. Asked us what we were looking for on arrival. Explained all the different types of mattress available and left us to try the beds out on our own. We were offered a drink and there was no hard selling which is nice.
