Firstly I don't recall being "highly" satisfied with any shopping experience. I was served quickly because there were no other customers in the store. The fact that I was "satisfied" was pleasantly unusual in these days of "high street" shopping. The assistant was helpful and displayed a good product knowledge which I have indicated by a "highly satisfied" in that area. I would like pricing policies with beds to be more transparent. The peculiarities of discounting haven't improved in 20 years or more. (this appears to be the same with most bed sales apart from John Lewis).

David and Tom were great, it is just personal perception due to the amount of money spent. However, the staff and the products were great. Staff was knowledgeable and in terms of product range, there was everything.

Both colleagues were very welcoming but there was some hesitancy in offering assistance which we think may have been due to the colleague helping us being new

We had a quote in the shop and we went away to do some measuring. In the shop we were told we could pay by American Express. When we had done the measuring at home we phoned to place our order. We were then told we couldn't pay over the phone with American Express. Additionally we are going to have to go back to the store to collect recycling bags for our old mattresses. Can't understand why delivery men can't bring these.
