This is the 4th purchase from this store, and Neil and his staff are great, we were only buying bedding, but they always give us all the time we need! He is even collecting an item from another store for us as he had run out.

We were highly satisfied as we were given a fair choice of mattresses to try without creating confusion, we were also shown some pillows to help with hot sleeping which in my age group is very useful! The lady that served us (Zowie Dowdeswell) was very friendly and although showed us what we needed did not make us feel pressurised, which is the way for us.

The quality of the service was good, however the computer system kept going down, meaning our order and payment could not be processed. This meant your sales adviser had to call up later to put through the transaction. Because of this the mattress cover we was promised couldn’t be give to us at the store. Requiring us to make an additional journey to collect it.
