Tom was able to provide excellent service and had a very good understanding of the needs of parents with young children. He gave our twins balloons and was happy for them to make the beds with all the Dream's bears. This understanding is critical to enabling us to decide on the right product. Well done Tom

Neil ,showed us all the beds and made us aware or all the different types of mattresses ,once we found we liked the med /firm he then directed us to all the mattresses that fitted this criteria, and ruled out one by one by testing them, what a great guy.

Great customer service, highly knowledgable yet not pushy

My mum is a wheelchair user but we did not feel any different from able body customers,Neil the sales man was lovely he never rushed us even offered us a cup of tea.

Firstly these answered are based on my experience in your Portsmouth store. Initially we went to your Fareham store and the information regarding finance options was different to your website and did not suit our needs. I am not sure if this was a lack of knowledge or different stores have different offers. The Portsmouth manager was quick to help, offered his advise and was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely retune based on this service.
