On entering the store it quickly became apparent that your only sales colleague was going to struggle to keep every customer in the store happy, however he skilfully managed his time keeping everyone happy, moving between customers asking questions, making recommendations and then explaining the various options of mattress and divan bases available in each range. Tom then managed to process two credit agreements without fuss, reassuring all of us about how long he would be. In all my wife and I must have spent about an hour within the store before completing our purchase and we both left the store thinking of what a fantastic experience we'd had. We both work within a retail environment and thought Tom to be professional, knowledgeable , curteous and a pleasure to deal with, despite being totally on he's own. Thank You Tom

The one very busy member of staff had good product knowledge, didn't go through a price 'pantomime' like other furniture stores, and understood what I wanted. I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the price as most large chain store furniture is what it is: overpriced for the customer with periodical 'deals' to make you feel you paid what it was worth/got a bargain - an observation not a complaint.

Great customer service

I was greeted by Tom, the store manager, but not hassled when browsing. When i needed help Tom was both knowlegeable, polite and friendly and processed my order quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service especially compared to our previous visit where we were ignored while she was on the phone. The chap seemed to know is stuff and was very helpful.

The sales man let us explore first and didn't bother us. But he let us know he was there when we needed him. Which we really apreciated. We are really happy with our bed, mattress and head board. We are even more happy that people come take our old bed away and build our new bed :) We also came 7 years ago to get our bed and again now and we will definitely be returning in 8 years time.

The time the sales person spent helping me to pick my ideal pillows was great! 3 weeks ago I bought my therapur mattress from Neil, and he recommended new pillows, but I was being to tight! But he was so right, my gel pillows are great.

We were greeted on entering the store. When the staff member had finished with a previous customer, he came over and asked if we needed help. We browsed for 10 minutes and then asked a few questions, which were answered knowledgeably. After choosing our bed we went through payment and delivery. He was friendly, helpful and efficient.
