Expected it to be really expensive, but it was priced lower than lots of online places (taking into account the half price sale) We had a proper sales assistant without a "computer says no" attitude, very flexible and patient

Superb service, faultless

The sales team were really helpful with talking us through the different beds and mattresses. they asked questions in terms of what we were looking for and suggested items that seemed to suit us best (these are what we purchased). the team were also very happy to spend as much time as needed to choose and complete our sale. they were happy to extend there working day hours to complete our order as we did suggest we returned the next day to buy our bed/mattress and pillows.

Josie greeted us with a smile immediately and offered any assistance, which we accepted. Josie then gave us enough information before leaving us to make a decision and came to our assistance when we were ready. She was extremely helpful, approachable, informative and had excellent customer care skills. When we returned the next day to place an order everything was explained about the delivery and was dealt with very efficiently.
