The store assistant was very friendly and did understand my needs and is very experience and knowledgable.

The products were clearly marked, we only wanted a replacement mattress. The gentleman, who served us was polite, friendly and answered our questions without being pushy or obtrusive { with pushy salespeople, I ALWAYS walk out of the store}.

The choice of beds were good the service was excellent and the beds prices were good thank you for a wonderful friendly experience
