the guy that helped us (Neil) was very friendly, had a great understanding of what we wanted but was able to show us some informed alternatives, he gave us a really nice shopping experience and did not confuse us with industry lingo. we were offered tea and coffee and at no time felt pressured by a salesman to buy anything.

I went in with an idea for what type of bed I wanted and returned the next day to place an order. Very satisfied as all my questions were answered. Good deal on warranty including overlay.

I was in. A wheelchair Neil the assistant was very helpful he opened the doors for us. He put the two beds up for us so . We could see what they would like. nothing was too much trouble. He recommended mattress for us.

The salesman Tom was very effective and helpful.

Neil, the store manager served us and was from the moment we met him, extremely helpful and honest. He was quite happy to show us the lower priced beds. However after discussing our concerns and requests we ended up purchasing at the higher end. We are happy, as we know it will be more specific to our needs and last longer. Well done Neil and many thanks.

I entered the store and was pleasantly greeted. my questions were answered quickly i was able to buy the bed frame and get a good delivery date. the bed frame turned up on time and i had lots of reminders of when the delivery was going to happen. fab

The staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. I certainly kept them busy with all my questions regarding Tempur mattresses.

very pleasant Lady and explained everything in detail as we wanted a quick delivery she suggested a different colour base rather than the blue we had picked and that was a week difference in the delivery
