I felt she really understood my requirements and budget which meant she knew just which products to show me and talked me through other complimentary products and finance options. Neil also worked with her to ensure I got the best products and a good deal. Neil also made me a lovely cup of coffee!

We were allowed to have a look before being approached. No hassle. We were explained in good detail the subtle differences of the products we were interested in. Came to a quick agreeable deal over the price. easy parking is a big plus too.

I loved the fact it was a half price sale at the time of buying. Staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a hassle free transaction!

Needed a new mattress for my daughters bed, she tried a few out which the assistant josie kindly pointed out. Her knowledge and assistance were greatly appreciated.

Had the good fortune of being helped by the store manager Neil. We were able to shop without interference but when we wanted help he was there right away with advice and all the info we needed plus we were offered a lovely cup of coffee whilst we browsed. We' were able to try out all of the mattresses and he helped us with all our extra purchases - pillows etc . Overall very pleased .

I saw the bed I wanted as soon as I walked into the store, the helpfulness of the salesperson was appreciated and I was offered a deal which I accepted. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service, I even had a cup of coffee made for me
