Dreams - Portsmouth

We purchased a mattress in the Portsmouth store of Dreams. The member of staff (JOSIE) was very helpful and showed us the 'firm' mattresses that were available in store we had asked about. She then left us alone to make a decision after giving us advice on price and availability. She showed knowledgeably of items in stock and arranged prompt delivery.

Neil the manager was so helpful throughout our time spent making our purchase, and my son who has special needs, due to autism, was really made to feel part of the whole process, and had the final say as it is his mattress, I must say thank you Neil for taking your time with Harrison.

The assistant Josie could not have been more helpful. I am in my eighties and was not feeling A1 after walking a little too far. Luckily the shop was not too busy and she gave me almost undivided attention. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thankyou.

Knowledgeable salesman and all items we wished to look at / experience were on display

The member of staff who assisted us was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help us find what we needed as well as offering us good advice. We have bought beds from this store only last year and were very satisfied with the products and services which is why we returned yet again.

No waiting to be served, not bothered by assistant but assistant responded quickly when I enquired. Not confused by masses of beds, price range appropriate, not too much walking, easy to park. Have bought beds previously from Dreams so I know what to expect. Assistant friendly and efficient but recognised that I was limited on time.

The manager Neil remembered us from our previous visit and gave us one hundred percent attention.

I came to Dreams with my mum, as i needed a whole new bed and she needed a new mattress. Neil greeted us as we came in the store and offered us a beverage which was accepted. He then advised us to try out as many mattresses as we wanted and to let him know if we had any questions. I liked that he did not keep intruding on our visit and was available when we had questions. I think the pricing system could be clearer, but i was very happy with the service. Thank you Neil!

My experience fro m the moment i entered the store until i left was really good

The staff member who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what I wanted and gave a range of options across all price classes. He was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to try out mattresses and pillows. He patiently answered my questions and didn't rush me. It was a very pleasant experience.
