Asked if I needed help when I first walked in and then offered a tea or coffee. No pushy sales tactics just excellent customer service.

It was an extremely professional service in all areas.

The sales team were helpful but not pushy.

Tom was extremely helpful as we didn't know where to start when shopping for mattresses. Both himself and his colleague were lovely, friendly and very welcoming.

As soon as we walked in the door we were offered assistance, after our questions were answered we were then left to take as much time as we wanted looking around, as soon as we were ready to place an order someone was available to deal with us.

Great service, our sales representative was very informative and could answer all our questions we had regarding our items.
