The staff were very friendly and informative.

I went in with my partner who is disabled ,the assistant called Tom was very curteous and once we explained what we were looking for he showed us a few of the things we were looking for then let us have a liitle wander round the store ,once we had decided on the bed he showed us the different kinds of headboard we could and in all the various colours ,he was very nice and even offered us a tea or coffee ,unfortunately he had to deal with another customer and the manager Neil took over our purchase but he was just as fantastic these two guys thouroughly deserve some recognision as they are both an asset to your company

Neil was very understanding of our requirements and pointed out our options, and gave further information when we tweaked our parameters. Nothing was too much bother.

I wasn't pounced on by a hungry salesman which is an immediate put off in stores and after I'd been greeted on entry I was given a few minutes before I engaged with the salesman who was very knowledgeable and came across a genuine person. There was no pressure at all and I was shown specifically what I asked for. I can pick fault in most things but this store visit wasn't one of them !

From the time we walked into the store we were made very welcome and our every need was catered for from the demonstrations to coffee offered while we browsed round the showroom. The knowledge of the salesman was A1.
