Friendly reception - helpful advice - left alone to look when we needed. Everything made clear. Definitely a good experience

The lady that served us was very helpful and friendly. We were not entirely sure what type of mattress we wanted and she was very polite and patient with us. She even made us a cup of tea whilst we were wandering around and trying things out. We spent more money on a better mattress than we wanted too but I hope the gel mattress is worth it.

from the moment that I an dmy husband entered your Portsmouth store we were greeted promptly and friendly , we explained then product that we were requiring and were shown the various products and had the price system explained to us for the different values and where they were in the store , your assistant said that she would leave us to ponder around the store , that was after offering us refreshemnts which we thought was a very nice gesture , and when we needed any more advice she would be available to us to discuss with her our questions .

I recently visited your Portsmouth store. Both the store manager and sales assistant were incredibly helpful. Both myself and my wife were given a cup of tea whilst we loomed around and tried various mattresses. Tom, the member of staff who dealt with us, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt hounded or pushed. Really fantastic service and experience! Quick once we had chosen and gave a range of delivery dates and add ons. Both members of staff are a credit to your company!

Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He made our visit very easy.
