Tom was extremely friendly and helpful but gave us plenty of space and time to wander round the store alone and make decisions

Staff answered our questions pointed us in the correct location and left us to choose at our leisure we found this very helpful

We were given fantastic customer service by Neil in the Portsmouth Store. I have a severe back problem and he took the time to understand the issues which I have and then explained in detail the different mattresses available and how they may help or hinder me. He also took the same care with my wife to ensure that we didn't get a mattress which helped me but made her miserable. He then took us to 5 different mattresses to try and explained the difference between each. He could not have been more helpful and I was highly impressed with the professionalism, care and attention detail with which he dealt with us. As I result I have already recommended to 2 work colleagues that they visit your store.

Excellent customer service and choice of mattresses. The assistant also made sure we had the best deal possible with the extras we chose (resulting in a mattress protector - normally £30 - for £1!)
