I have dealt with Martin twice over the past few months and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about any product I asked about. He also knows about anything remotely connected to the product which makes it easy to make an educated decision about what to purchase for the long term. He is also very personable and remembered what I had been interested in buying the first time I met him. Very impressed with his dedication and professionalism.

Staff listened to what we wanted. No pushy sales but good knowledge of products. Not hurried or rushed we were given good service .

We were welcomed by a friendly staff member and asked what we were seeking within moments of entering the store. The staff member explained the colour coding system and directed us to the mattresses that were in the range of our interest. We were advised to remove our coats, take a good pillow from stock and make ourselves comfortable. We were left on our own to take our time, not being watched over or given the hard sell, which we prefer. After we had tried the mattresses recommended and looked around in general, we waited a reasonable time for the staff member to become available. They answered the queries we had and we placed our order.

I am very happy of my today purchace. Martin help me to make a right decision giving professional advice. Excellent customer service.

Placing coloured sheets at the end of the bed so that you didn't have to try every bed when you knew what you wanted helped. The fact that the customer service lady was highly knowledgeable at the products and could guide me.

My Sales Advisor helped me to get a discount on delivery charges as my mum was not happy with the delivery charge being so high.

Friendly welcome. Free discussion of products on offer. Interested in our needs and preferences . Polite and helpful throughout the visit.

We asked for guidance about the differences between the mattresses and we were given very clear explanations and encouraged to try out the beds. we were given good pillows to make this more realistic.We spent quite a while doing this but at no point did we feel rushed. We are very pleased with the arrangements for delivery and collection of the old bed.
