Dreams - Portsmouth

My visit was to buy my first ever new bed and mattress and everything went very smoothly. I was left to browse the store alone for a few minutes before being offered help and being guided by my needs to the perfect combination for my budget. The assistant (Tom in Portsmouth) was knowledgeable, friendly yet professional in his manner and my purchase could not have been simpler.

I went to the Portsmouth store and Martin the salesperson was excellent. He offered good advice on the products available and provided superb assistance. The lay out of the store was very good, especially the colour coding of the mattresses.

Me and my wife visited the Portsmouth branch in Victory Retail park where we were served by sales assistant Martin. He was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. He gave us great advice which ended up in us finding the bed we wanted with the type of mattress we were after. He spent a lot of time in ensuring that we found the perfect mattress for us and that we were 100% satisfied with the product.
