The staff were lovely - said hello when we entered the store and allowed us time to look before approaching with assistance. When we decided on the bed, we were shown the mattresses based on what we said we were looking for. Whilst ordering the bed we were offered a drink, and during our conversation we were recommended a pillow for my husband (he asked about cool temperature pillows) and mattress protectors. The staff were not pushing for a sale which made our experience relaxed and enjoyable and we are looking forward to our bed being delivered. Thank you x

staff listened to my needs and restrictions of the room the bed needed to go into and the added storage required . Did not try to encourage me to purchase the most expensive bed avail able , but was able to consider the options .
