Martin was extremely helpful. My husband and I told him what we thought we wanted with regard to firmness and materials and he talked us through the different types of mattresses and helped us find one we both loved. We went to the store to lay on some mattresses and get a feel for what we wanted, but we're not planning on making a purchase. Our plan was to find the right style of mattress and look online for a cheap alternative. The expertise in beds and mattresses really showed with Martin. He went through various styles and information specifically aimed at our personal situation (being disabled with a bad back). Martin offered us drinks and even went through the different styles of pillows that would help us. Had it not been for Martin, we wouldn't have purchased with you and would probably have ended up with a shoddy mattress and frame! Customer service is a huge part to any business and Martin is definitely an asset to the Victory Retail Park store and Dreams in general.

Colour coded mattress types laid out in groups, big signs to say soft, med, firm etc. Salesman's pacing with us very good. Supplied information as and when requested. Kept away when necessary. Slick and accurate completion of sale and delivery day sorted.
