Dreams - Portsmouth

I went in with specific requirements and Martin, Dreams colleague, was very knowledgeable and found me exactly what I was looking for. There was no hard sell either.

The mattress we wanted wasn't available at the Havant store but the assistant offered to telephone either Portsmouth or Waterlooville, we elected for Portsmouth and the assistant found one in stock and had it put by for us.

Martin explained what was available in each mattress, how it should feel for us, giving us the pillows to use on each mattress. He also offered us a drink. His knowledge of the subject was amazing, I thought a mattress was a mattress! We placed the order after testing out five different mattress types which gave us a lot to think about. Overall very pleased with his service and helpfulness.

Eddy and his manager were very attentive and took as much time as we needed to select the correct mattress for us (we had already selected a bed frame online). We were given tea and coffee and it made us feel valued customers.
