Top service - professional, prompt and attentive.

This question is misleading at this point in the survey however the answer is: the assistant quoted the wrong mattress price. I queried this and the correct one was input and all was OK from this point.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and was more than happy to spend time explaining which beds were appropriate, as I am a large guy. Also very thorough in explaining your delivery service and the costs involved in taking away the old bed. As soon as the bed was selected, I was offered coffee/tea, which was most welcome. The sales assistant was very personable and we were able to share humorous banter.

From the moment we've arrived we received the right level of attention and information. Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the idea of the pillow, it's a nice touch!

Very pleased with all aspects of my visit to dreams. All my needs were meet with every friendly staff.

Martin, the customer service advisor was knowledge about the product despite not having a display item in the store. When explained to him the bed I wanted, he knew exactly which bed it was. He was able to demonstrate the storage option on another bed despite not having the bed in store. He explained that there would be a time delay on delivery due to the 'newness' of the product, which I was satisfied with. He was able to explain all credit options and my husband was very satisfied with the option ti have the bed built.

Great customer service, ease of purchase and happy with price of mattress

I was assisted by a gentleman named Martin he was very helpful and friendly and made the overall experiance easy. If i were to go back to dreams i would love to be assisted by him again he was very funny and polite.
