martin was very helpful throughout our visit and easy to talk to .

Martin the assistant/manager was so helpful, I am writing this on behalf of my mother as she has a condition and unable to type. He couldn't have been more helpful and also offering us a hot drink was wonderful.

Good service and helpful advice.

Ed was brilliant. An easy transaction as we knew what we wanted,but he took the time to makes us drinks whilst we were finalising the order. An all round excellent shopping experience.

I brought my mum to the Portsmouth store to get an idea of the type of mattress that she might like as she had seen one in Argos but as you can't view the item thought it best to go try some. We had no idea what she would like but as soon as we were in the store and looking at some martin came and approached us and was very friendly and asked my mum lots of questions and tailored the visit to her and her needs. We never felt rushed or pressurised to buy and he fully explained the colour codes of the mattresses and gave us lots of details about what's featured in each mattress and weather that would benefit my mums needs. We left feeling veryvhappy and thankyou very much for the help given

Martin gave me a few moments to look round and then asked if I need help. I felt at ease as I embarrassingly told him how old my mattress was. What I particularly liked was that he did not switch off when I said I only had around £300 to spend, often that changes things. Martin showed me the mattress' and when I said I slept on my front he advised which one would be better. His knowledge was very good and he didn't over complicate things or talk down to me. I feel I have the best deal even having looked online before hand. I could even of had an earlier delivery which was impressive, however due to work I couldn't take it. I even got a cup of tea, not out of one of those terrible machines but in a mug and made how I like it.

Understood differences between mattresses. Not rushed into making a decision.

Helpful store staff. Helped us understand exactly what we were looking for.

I found the store to be good martin helped me with want I needed vey good at his job well pleased
