Dreams - Portsmouth

I visited the Dreams store in Portsmouth and was served by store manager Martin. The second I stepped through the door the shop looked immaculate, the beds were presented perfectly and it was inviting. Martin was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the different types of bed frames and mattresses. Martin made my experience very personable and I felt that he really understood and cared about my needs as a customer. He knew exactly what it is I was looking for and was able to show me a range of items (some I hadn’t even heard of) and demonstrated what items may be better suited for me. I was always offered a drink when I came into the store and Martin even contacted me during the week to let me know about a sale that was in place until Sunday in order to allow the discount to be added to my shopping cart. I really felt that the customer service I received from Dreams was above and beyond, which made me feel incredibly valued as a customer. I took all of Martins advice before purchasing my bed and will always come back to Dreams when I require bed related items. Excellent service, the best I have experienced all year! Thank you Dreams and especially Martin.

Martin asked if we needed help, which we did. He asked what we were looking for and gave a very simple explanation of products which would suit our needs. Our purchase was made quickly and simply and delivery options were given to us. The whole process was quick, simple and painless.

Edward was very polite, allowed us time to think about our purchase rather than making us feel rushed into buying something. once we had made a choice, Edward confirmed and made sure we checked our purchase before handing over our payment. The offer of coffee was also greatly received.

When we arrived at the Canterbury Dreams store Dee wished us good afternoon and said if there was anything we needed to let either her or Thomas know. They left us to browse until we were ready and then answered any questions that we had, they were both very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We made the decision on which mattress and pillows were right for us and the transaction was completed with everything explained to us. We are more than happy with their professional service and look for to getting our new mattress.

I purchased a bed and mattress at Dreams Portsmouth and the gentleman whose called Tom explained everything I needed to know about the mattress as I also explained what I was looking for. Very happy with the service received.

I rang up and asked for a mattres to be put by and when I arrived it was packaged up and ready.

Our Dreams Colleague Martin was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining in detail the difference between the mattresses and allowing us to try out as many as we wanted until we found one to our liking. He also explained the different offers available which helped us to safe some money on our purchase!
