Martin at the store was very helpful in helping us find the right bed for us. There was no pushy sales tactics, and we felt like he genuinely wanted to help. He provided great detail on the differences between the mattresses in a way that helped us get exactly what we was looking for and for an excellent price. The store was in an immaculate condition and it was very easy to determine the differences between mattresses. Also, the staff worked well as a team. Eddy made sure that Martin was credited for helping us even though he took our order. An outstanding experience overall and we would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Before visiting Dreams we went to a competitors outlet and the offer they were able to make was a little more expensive, and the delivery lead time was longer, and specifically even once it was available a Saturday delivery was not possible. So, a clear advantage for Dreams was a ability to offer a Saturday delivery.

We had come to this specific store twice before making our purchase so we could look at the various products available across multiple suppliers. Eddy was extremely helpful on both previous occassions and had good knowledge of the products and was especially helpful as I am fussy! We returned for our third visit today to purchase the items discussed with Eddy and was again received a warm friendly welcome. We sat and had a nice well made cup of tea while we finalised our purchase. Shopping experiences in furniture stores can almost certainly be overwhelming especially in most cases where sales persons are over enthusiastic, but the guys in the Portsmouth store balance enthusiasm with knowledge and helpfulness but also know when to just let you browse alone! Good balance, good skills. Thanks guys, will see you again when we start the next room!

Great customer service, from the offering of a drink when we first arrived, the knowledge and helpfulness from Martin who was looking after us at the Portsmouth store.

Found the help of the store assistant, Eddy, extremely helpful and friendly and was able to find exactly what I wanted. This was made possible by the flexibility and quality ( and patience of the assistant ) of bases, mattresses and headboards.

Eddy took his time to understand us and explain everything we needed to know used the kiosk to help us as the store is small and found the perfect bed for us. Thank you.

I was highly satisfied with everything about the store, the cleanliness of the store and the helpful advice and assistance we were given in the time we spent in the store, yes very good service all round.

The assistant was very knowledgable and showed us the many options available. We were given the opportunity to try various bed models and were helped by the assistant when he Provided a selection of pillows to suit. This gave us a relaxed chance to make the right decision when making a purchase.
