The man that assisted me was excellent in his customer service, there was no rush, he was very knowledgable and helped me decide on what would be right for me, I was a bit scared of getting such a personal and expensive decision wrong. I find wearing a mask very hot, he even offered a bottle of chilled water, very much appreciated.

Eddy the sales assistant was very friendly & informative, should us how the base worked & the variety of mattresses & prices that best suited it. My Mum is looking to buy mattress, if she likes mine she will buy one from Dreams also.
