Tom was great assistance to us. He understood our needs and recommended product accordingly. He also made us feel relaxed and gave us paramount service.

The sales guy who served me gave me time to browse then could answer all questions promptly. He took my order arranging delivery when I needed and advised on a mattress to go with the bed. Tried well to add to the sale with out being pushy. It was a easy no fuss prcess. The 2 guys who delivered Jon H and Dave were really friendly and professional and even took their shoes off with out being asked. The bed instructions were easy to follow and the bed easy to assemble

Very good customer service, we were looked after very well by Tom. We were pleasantly surprised that there were no high pressure sales and that we felt we could make our decision to buy at our own pace, this was an important factor in our decision making. He made us feel valued which a lot of other competitors we visited did not and their approach did not make us want to buy from them. Credit where credit is due, Tom is a credit to the company and we would happily deal with him again.

He gave us time to consider and discuss what we wanted, then finalised our decision by answering our questions. Easy to order the product and delivery date was very suitable. Ideal to have new mattress protector. Yes we will visit this Dreams store again.

Martin the sales assistant was very helpful and efficient without being pushy. Also changed my mind on the mattress and he altered my order over the phone very easily. Very professional.

I was seen to immediately, pleasant and friendly. Nice to be asked if I would like a drink. Said I dd not need a mattress. Phone calls needed as I wanted a bed frame which I couldn't try out so they agreed that I could return frame, if not suitable, for another one. Very happy with this. The whole experience was quick, easy and satisfying.
