Staff at the shop were ready but not intrusive and helped immediately I asked about the item I wished to purchase in a friendly manner

We were greeted straight away by a member of staff and asked what we were looking for. He explained every thing to us he offered us a drink and left us for a while to try the beds we interested in . After making our choice the paper work was completed and date of delivery agreed. Good service all round.

the range of beds and mattresses was very good but the overall service given by Martin the store manager was excellent he took the time and effort to supply us with all the information in a very friendly and informative way. would have no hestitation in recommending this store and the service provided by the staff.

We went to have a look instore for a bed - we didn't realise what a minefield this would be! There is so much choice. We had our 2 young children with us who like to run around & this can make choosing things quite difficult. The guy instore was really patient & relaxed & great with the kids running around & told us not to worry about it, he wasn't overly intrusive nor pushy but answered our queries & steered us in the right direction when needed. We did go and look in other shops but went back as we liked both the product and the way we were treated much better at Dreams Portsmouth.

We were assisted by Martin,he was extremely professional,friendly and at no point did we feel pressured into buying the products we were looking at. He took time to listen to our needs and advised us on what would be best for us. Overall my wife and I are extremely grateful for him making our purchase as painless as possible .

Martin was extremely friendly he was also very knowledgable on products He totally understood our needs and guided us very professionally through the ranges without showing any impatience with our requirements I would have no hesitation in recommending your store and in fact Martin to all.
