I went into the store not knowing what to look for. My partner has a bad back and is undergoing surgery for the second time, so I needed assistance as to which type of mattress has the best support. Martin advised me straight away. As I had not bought a mattress for some years I wanted to try the others out. He was happy to leave me to decide that he was right from the start. Being a women we have to check everything out first! I was offered a coffee and was treated with friendliness and respect equally.

The person that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, offered advise without any pressure and remembered us and what we wanted when we returned to the store. The ordering and delivery process was explained fully.

Martin was very helpful and took the time to explain everything and make it easy for us. I called up after and rescheduled my delivery date which was no problem either.
