Laid back, informative staff who were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Friendly greeting,,no pressure selling,,more directed to our needs and not the best deal,invited to try the different products and then suggested we walk around the floor,,when happy ,,return to fancied product,,full explanation of manufacture and delivery

Martin and Eddy were very helpful and made our visit very enjoyable. We had good chat and both made the time and effort to speak to us. We were shown the product both online and in person and shown other products that matched what we were looking for as comparison

We were asked if we wanted help, Eddie gave us all the help we needed without being pushy. We were offered a drink which we accepted gratefully and completed our order. Staff were very friendly even the manager.

I was offered assistance just after I entered the store. Then knowledge of the salesman was very good and meant that my visit was expedited quickly. I was offered a drink and insurance cover for the products I purchased.

We felt that the assistants knew their business and their products and really cared that we were happy. There was also plenty of humour!

Very helpful staff, helped when needed but no pressure like I have found in other shops. Also understanding of us having young children with us and them wanting to try all the beds!

The shop was clean and tidy, also parking was very easy.
