Martin was very knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to show me exactly what I wanted with clear explanations about them. He was not in the least pushy and showed me exactly what I wanted. I was not rushed in any way and he even fetched me a suitable pillow for my preference. I have purchased a bed in Dreams before, a long time ago, and found staff helpful back then too. I would always go to Dreams for any future purchase.

Friendly service helpful

The gentleman who served us, Martin, went beyond the call of duty in my opinion, even swapping mattresses from a sprung base to a solid base so that we could feel the difference. He knew his stuff! I have had back surgery and he was sympathetic to my needs and to those of my husband (who likes a "cool" bed). We were given honest and helpful advice. We had a cup of tea, we took our time and I was extremely pleased with the assistance he gave us. The store was tidy, clean and although a lot of customers came in, the attention by Martin remained on us. Cannot fault his sales techniques. We originally came in for just a mattress and left with a mattress, base and headboard!

Martin Fouracre was attentive and took the timr to understand our needs.He explained the ordering system as well as the delivery one We were offered coffee.
