There was no one else in the store therefore we were assisted immediately and were given free pillows with our purchase

The gentleman who assisted us couldn't have been more helpful, giving us lots of information, but more importantly the time to think about the products and come to a decision without any pressure.

Very good customer service, my first time really buying a decent mattress so received lots of help and answers to my questions. Of course its a lot of money to spend on a bed (for me) and so want to make the right choice so after laying on about 20 different beds and narrowing it down to 10 then to 5 then to 3 and finally to 1 the chaps in store were very patient and offered myself and my mum a cup of tea!

I laid down on several of the beds and wasn't rushed at all. The young man who dealt with me was patient and absolutely charming - a manager in waiting I believe - and he explained the process to me clearly. The mattress is coming tomorrow between 1400 & 1600 and I do look forward to a good nights sleep. Thank you very much.

On entering the store it was calm and clean without loud music or pushy staff. We were given time to look around before being approached by the manager who was very friendly and polite. He was able to answer all our questons in a clear and insitful manner. He gave us sound advice to suit our needs and our budget. Overall a very good experience which is why we keep coming back.

Tom the Salesman was very knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. As a self employed businessman myself the soft sell is definately the right approach. Didn't try to push any other products as well. An asset to your company
