It was so easy to chose the product and pay for the item.

Julie was very helpful and friendly and helped us get a great new bed for our new home

Martin, the sales manager, was very helpful and explained the product we bought in such a way that we totally understood what we were buying. We purchased a mattress from Dreams before and were pleased then so we returned.

I had a very bad day and decided i was going to buy a new bed, i came out of the store a very happy customer and immediatley had forgotten how bad my day was. We had the most amazing man called Martin help us with our buy, he spent over an hour helping us as i can be quite fussy, but we still came out with exactly what we wanted and more at such a good price. I would definitley reccommend dreams to friends and family.

We have used dreams several times and have been satisfied every time.

We were welcomed when we entered the store but were left to look around in the knowledge that someone was on hand to help if we required it

On entering the store we were greeted by the store manager (Martin) who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and what we wanted. He was really helpful and friendly throughout our visit, it felt like I had known him my whole life. I will certainly be shopping at Dreams in the future and hopefully Martin has a wonderful time in Thailand.

Martin came ier straight away - he was very knowledgeable - but not pushy. He had helpful hints ( like trying mattress with the Tempur pillow I use at home). He left us to try the mattresses out on our own for a while. Made us a coffee and answered questions we had on comfort and getting too hot etc.
