Martin directed me to the type of product I was looking for as soon as I arrived. He was dealing with another customer but as soon as he was free he immediately came to offer assistance. He made a cup of tea, not only for me but for the two friends who were with me. He knew everything about the product and was enthusiastic about it whilst allowing me to make up my mind without feeling under any pressure. When I decided to make a purchase, he explained everything very clearly and processed the order quickly and efficiently. It really was a pleasure to be served by him.

All products were clearly described with no pressure to buy..My order was placed quickly with clear explanation and advice.Martin was also very caring about my friend who was no particularly well and needed a seat now and again.

The welcome as soon as we entered the store & the attention through out our visit, it was an enjoyable & positive experience
