We were greeted when we entered the store, asked if we needed assistance and allowed to look around without pressure, when we had found the items we wanted to order Tom the sales person was very helpful with informing us of delivery dates and the procedure for delivering the goods to are property.

We were the only customers on arrival and didn't feel any pressure at all to make a decision or to buy a mattress. The young man who served us seemed to be very knowledgable.

We went to the store and where immediately welcomed. The store manager (from Portsmouth), Athena, was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She also gave us space and time to talk and discuss our choices.

looked on the internet first and they had what I liked in the store
