The shop assistant was very helpful and highly competent , explaining every detail and giving me as much time as I needed , I didn’t feel rushed or pressured , he was as absolute dream

Eddy was a great guy and helped us on all 3 occasions we went to the store looking for a new mattress, he was friendly, genuine and made us feel comfortable in taking however much time we needed to make decisions and had a great range of product knowledge which definitely helped us make the right decision. I was served by Tom at the Portsmouth store, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, very happy to explain everything in a simple manner. I was very impressed by his knowledge and comunication skills. This is the first time i have been able to afford a new bed, I'm very pleased i chose this store to do this.

We asked for help and were provided with exactly the information we had requested. The item was available for delivery later that week and all prices were explained to us.

The order was placed by 'phone to Dreams, Portsmouth.The salesman was most advising, knowledgeable and 'customer friendly. He answered all questions- sometimes having to repeat the answers for me, very patient! The delivery date offered was fast. The delivery team were polite and accommodating. Cheerful and efficient. The bed was delivered yesterday so thus far, one night sleeping in the bed...It was lovely, comfortable and supporting. However, time will tell but so far so good. Thank you "Dreams" and all your involved staff.

We purchased our sons bed last year and was very pleased with our purchase, so returned to look at mattresses for us. We were taken care of by Martin the Store Manager, who took the time to firstly understand what would be most suitable for us before explaining what is available via the colour coding. Very knowledgable of the products. Can’t wait to receive my new mattress 😀 Very happy customer !!!
