The Lady that served us directed us to the item that suited our needs best. Was very knowledgable and helpful.

Eddy was amazing! He took his time and explained to us all the types of mattress, layers of the mattress and how it would improve our sleep. He was patient understanding and even got us coffee whilst we were trying mattresses and pillows :) Getting the agreement through couldn't have been more easier. Great experience - highly recommended !

Friendly knowageable and helpful staff

We visited Dreams 3 consecutives times as we couldn't decide on the two beds we were buying. At each time the sale assistants were very attentive, patient and gave us more information about our choices,which helped us make a swift decision.

It was a very pleasant store and the store assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not owning a car it made it so easy to visit as the store was situated in the centre of the City.

The whole process was done quickly and we get to have our dream bed. Thank you
