Dreams - Portsmouth

On entering the store we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed any assistance which we declined as we wanted to browse first. When we requested help the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what was best for our needs. Transaction was smooth and delivery/ disposal arranged hassle free.

Was given details of all beds with 'green' on as cant have any foam/latex

We were served by Eddy at the Portsmouth branch. He was very helpful and listened to our requirements, showing and describing the various options available to us.

Assistant Julie was very helpful and appeared to know her stuff with regard to our requirements

This is the 3rd bed I have bought from Dreams and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, Tom from the Portsmouth branch knew what I wanted and needed for me, as I suffer with Arthritis, I would buy another bed from Dreams and highly recommend to my friends too.
