Eddy was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses available. He explained in great detail the pros and cons of each one and helped me fine one suitable for me.

Came in the shop to purchase a new mattress before the January sale ended. Needed a new mattress as the old one was over 10years old. I had been on the website and had made a shortlist of 4. Two weren’t in stock so we had two to choose from. The chap agreed with our eventual choice saying that this mattress was the better of the two and that was the one he had at home. We paid, arranged a day for delivery and that was that. We were in the shop less than 10minutes as the service was polite, efficient and informative

Staff attending was extremely accomodating helping to explain the different types of mattress and offering a pillow like the one I use at home to get a better feel for the comfort. Offer and made me a cup of tea whilst I was choosing. Did not rush me but came to check and offer assistance at appropriate time.

When we walked in we were greeted with a hello, then said have a look around and I'll pop over in 5min if you have any questions. That suited us to a T, no tuff sale and a chance to browse. After 5 we had questions which we answered. Cups of tea we offered out to customers, we didn't take up but it was great to see and relaxed the atmosphere. Good old cuppa. In the end I'm writing this in bed on the new mattress. Alls well 😉
