Greeted by Eddy on arrival to store. Very helpful when assisting us to make a decision regarding our purchase.Knowledgeable.Offered a refreshment when completing the purchase, which was a lovely touch.Overall Eddy made this an extremely efficient, professional and pleasant experience.

Staff were very helpful,informative and had a lovely manner. Not pushy. Offered us a drink. Would prefer to have mattress delivered sooner,just over 2 weeks until delivery but consider that reasonable.

We have a loft conversion so needed a bed and mattress to be able to fit into the loft. Staff member Eddy was amazing listening to these needs and showing us the full range of options available to us.

Julie approached us as we were trying mattresses. She asked what sort of mattress we preferred and showed us the range available. We talked about memory foam mattresses and the mattresses which are cooler than those.

Dreams displayed a good range of bedding and the sale-staff were friendly and helpful. Eddy, always readily at hand and informative when required, helped us to decide the best mattress for our needs. It provided a pleasant shopping experience. Than you!
