I entered the store and was approached by Julie, I explained what I was looking for and she was great with offering advise and showed me several options within my price range as well as trying this machine they had to select a good mattress for my shape and weight. She was friendly and made it straight forward to purchase. A highly satisfactory experience

The new machine that recommended our mattress. The chap that dealt with us was superb, no one was pushy, it made an awkward shopping experience (because laying on beds in a shop is odd) amazing.

Met by courteous staff. V helpful. Great advice from Julie as I needed a firm bed because if bad back. Tried out several beds and Julie was on hand to advise. Plenty of choice and Julie made time to show me several types of beds. Made buying easy.
