Very friendly member of staff and very helpful with choosing what bed I would like

I tried to order a double divan and mattress 5 times on the website the night before, it told me the payments had been successful each time but they weren't. So I decided to ring the Portsmouth store after work the next day and a lovely gentleman called Tom took my order over the phone and luckily I can still get the items ASAP next Saturday. He advised there had been some issues with the website. Thank you Tom for your help and going out of your way to order the items, excellent customer service goes a long way for me. Even though it was close to closing time for the store Tom was still communicating really well and had a friendly nature. You made my day as the website stressed me out the night before! Thank you!

The member of staff who assisted us was very friendly but not pushy when selling the products. She helped us find what was right for us within our budget and allowed us space to decide what we wanted without making us uncomfortable.

Liked trying out the computer assisted diagnostic for finding the right mattress. Narrowed down to 4 or 5 choices which I liked. Very good staff member in the shop as well.

The dreams representative was polite, hospitality and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. This is our second purchase from this store and for sure we would recommend dreams to our friends.

Julie was amazing. She helps us and explains everything. We are really satisfied with her.

Went into store just to look. Wasn't hassled as soon as walked in door. Spoke with Julie and she helped me find and what I need for a good night's sleep. Wasn't hassled or pushed for buying a bed. Brought one which I am happy with my order.

Julie was wonderful, touching base when we arrived in store but allowing us to browse. When I had decided on a type of mattress she gave me more info to make sure I had chosen to suit my needs. I got my dream bed in a king size rather than a double. She was clearly a knowledgeable salesperson, and professional but not pushy, plus she was sweet to my mum and daughter.
