Very helpful and knowledgeable and they were not in your face trying to force a sale on you and they let you try out all the beds on your own and take your time the lady assistant julie that helped me had considerable amount on knowledge on the mattress that I was interested in which was the tempur hybrid which I purchased along with a super king Ottoman bed which is all coming next week I had a very good price on my purchases and can't wait to lay on my new tempur mattress I highly recommend dreams I would not go anywhere else my last mattress and bed was brought from dreams top rate service from start to finish even down to the delivery men who could not have been any more helpful

Tom is a credit to your company. I don't particularly like overly fussy store staff looking over my shoulder when puchasing. Tom didn't. He listened to what I was after, the issues I have regarding my disabilities and recommended me for the what bed is best machine and made me a cup of tea. After the results, he left me free to walk around the store at the most suitable bed frames and mattresses before picking the ones I feel are best suited to me. No hard sell at all at any time.
