Tom helpful and friendly on both visits, second with husband not much more can be said really.

David was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our requirements.. It was good we could try the mattresses out and have a good look at the beds.. We felt very relaxed the whole time we were at the store... David certainly knows his stuff too very impressed..

Store assistance welcome us as soon as we entered the store, he was really welcome and nice, we explained what we are looking for it takes him really quick to help us to find best mattress and bed. We are more than happy of the visit at this store

Walked into fthe store thinking I knew what I wanted, the manager (David) made himself available to us. Was very friendly and knowlegable and explained in great detail exactly what we needed. It's 10 years since the last purchase of a bed, which was in this same store. It's good to find the same standard of customer service is continuing. Thank your team for me.
