Dreams - Portsmouth

We had an appointment for the sleep match study, arrived slightly early but were still seen too as soon as we arrived. Harry was a new colleague still in training but handled our questions and needs extremely well and if he was unsure at any point his colleague was in hand to assist.

The salesman was very helpful, answering all my questions, but most of all I liked the fact that he was not pushy and left me alone to make my mind up. Thank you

From the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I left I felt like a valued customer. When I walked into the store Tom approached us (whilst maintaining social distancing) and asked if I needed any help. When I said I did, he listened to my requirements and gave me options. This included the use of the computer profiling bed. He then offed me a cup of tea whilst I looked around and tried out some of the beds. Tom gave me the space to look around, but was on hand to answer any questions I had. When I (with Toms help) had made a choice, the actual purchasing was quick and easy. I was pleased to find out that the delivery date was only 5 days away. After I had completed the purchase, Tom then told me that the mattress I had chosen was the one he had at home, but he did not want to tell me this before I had chosen as not to influence my choice. This I thought was very professional. Assuming the delivery goes ahead with the same customer service I would highly recommend Dreams to everyone.

Yet to receive the bed and the mattress, but very happy with the service in the store! Great service and very helpful and kind staff.
