I turned up at your Waterlooville branch and needed two mattresses to take away. This wasn’t possible, which I understood completely. Jazz, who served us, understood my situation, sourced available products for us in Portsmouth. Gave us costs and showed us the mattresses in the Waterlooville store, which we liked. We then travelled to Portsmouth and picked them up. This girl was on the ball with our needs and went above and beyond to help us. I was seriously impressed with her level of commitment and service. When we arrived at the Portsmouth store, Ed was informed of our arrival and likewise was a great help, with good people skills and helped us with great efficiency.
