Only came in for something simple and had an exact premise of what I wanted. The Salesman showed me exactly what I asked for and explained everything concisely and to a tee

staff were helpful but also left us alone to decide for ourselves didn't try to push us into anything, also offered us a drink while we were looking around.

We received very friendly and helpful assistantce from the store manager David from the moment we walked through the doors to the Portsmouth store. We were offered tea/coffee. We very quickly became comfortable in the store.and David was very quick to understand our needs. And helped us with the pros and cons of the different mattresses available. He then took us to the "dream machine" witch my wife confused due to being very little. We made a purchase from David who went on leaps and bounds to ensure we left very happy with our mattress and felling like we would return to His store at anytime. Thank you David very good at your job.

Nothing was too much trouble. Both sales assistance were friendly, welcoming with a lovely manner - giving the customer the information required and gave time and space for customer to make decision in their own time - not pressurised.
