Vicky looked after us very well. She was very knowledgeable and was very respectful of keeping within the 2 meter distance but managed to show us around and talk through our options for our new bed and mattress Delivery is in 3 weeks which is very good and she arranged for the collection and dispersal of our existing bed. We highly recommend Vicky to give confidence in ordering from your store. We have not been to “ Dreams “ before and I hope when the bed arrives we will be fully satisfied in the quality and comfort of our purchase

We were lucky enough to be the only ones shopping in store at the time but the social distancing guidelines and the cleanliness of the store was exceptional. We were offered advice upon entering and then allowed time to peruse at our leisure. We were provided with tissue so we could still lay on the beds to try them. Once deciding upon our favourite mattress and asking any relevant questions which were all answered expertly we were able to place our order with ease, quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with our whole experience!

We walked into dreams vaguely knowing what we wanted. And the worker was keen to give us a helping hand, named Tom, but he wasn’t too pushy for us to buy things which was great. He went the extra mile for us and gave us a knockdown priced mattress with a free protector which was amazing!! Excellent friendly service.

The man who look after me while I was in in was super understanding to my needs I needed a bed really quick after a medical emergency Tom was understanding very professional a credit to your company
